I'm delighted to confirm that I shall be attending the Doctor Who Festival at the ExCel in London, from 13-15 November. Nicholas Briggs and I will be running a special drama school for attendees interested in how to act on audio. Here's what the BBC's website says:

DRAMA SCHOOL

At Drama School you can learn how to talk like a monster with the voice of the Daleks, Nick Briggs who is also an actor, writer, director, sound designer and composer. Barnaby Edwards, actor, writer, director and Dalek operator will also be on hand. They’ll take you through your voice acting paces, tell you how they got into audio drama on Doctor Who, and also give advice to any aspiring voice actors.

Join Big Finish as they act out a scene from one of the latest audio dramas. Learn all about the techniques in audio drama and perhaps join them in a script reading session too.
